Terms of Contract
The terms of the contract shall be agreed and detailed in your rental contract, should you wish to extend the term of the contract you must notify our office within at least 48 hours of the date of contract expiry in order for us to authorise the extension, depending on the vehicles availability. The cost of the extra days will need to be paid before a new contract can be sent.
If you wish to end the contract early, no refund will be issued for the days lost.

All vehicles excluding the wheelchair access vehicle are all within 5 years old
Wheelchair Access Vehicle
Our Volkswagen Caddy Maxi is a 2014 vehicle that has been adapted to accept a wheelchair via a rear ramp. This allows for the driver, 4 passengers and the wheelchair occupant. This vehicle has regular maintenance checks, along with additional servicing.
All in Autos Rent A Car SL reserve the right to terminate a rental contract with such vehicle should an issue arise before or during the rental. Should this unlikely event occur a vehicle of as similar proportion will be provided to the customer should one be available, if there isn't a full refund will be provided.
The vehicle sourcing team are working on providing our customers with the best service possible and therefore are also on the search for an additional wheelchair access vehicle as we do know this is something the market requires locally.
Insurance
All of our vehicles are insured with full Spanish fleet insurance with breakdown cover included, As with most policies there are things that will not be covered within the insurance these include loss of key, incorrect fuelling and damage/punctures to the tyres. Therefore we advise our customers to have their own car hire excess insurance. We do not sell this insurance directly to our customers, and it is optional, it is not a requirement for the rental.

In the event of loss of key, damage/puncture to the tyres or incorrect fuelling the cost of repair will be to the client and will be expected before or on return of the vehicle.
Vehicle Use
The vehicle may only be driven by you as authorised in the contract, with a maximum of two additional drivers. You must advise us of the additional drivers, along with a copy of their full valid driving licence and a copy of their valid passport. Any driver must be over the age of TWENTY FIVE and hold a valid licence for a minimum of TWO YEARS.
The lessee must use the rented vehicle in accordance to the following terms of use:
ANY BREACH OF THESE TERMS WILL RESULT IN ALL IN AUTOS COLLECTING THE VEHICLE IMMEDIATELY AND ANY MONEY PAID WILL BE LOST.
ANY DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE AS A RESULT OF BREACHING THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL RESULT IN THE INSURANCE COVER BEING INVALID AND ALL COSTS WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE LESSEE.
Driving Infringements and Fines
You are responsible for the cost of any and all fines received during the rental period as detailed on your rental contract. We will provide you with a copy of the fine by email and payment will be required within 48 hours in order for us to pay this promptly on your behalf to prevent any increased charges. There will also be an admin fee of 15€.
If payment is not received within 48 ours, we will promptly pass your details to Traffico as the named driver for them to deal with you directly.
Fuel Policy
We work on a like for like fuel basis with a minimum of half a tank.
Your vehicle will be provided to you with a at least half a tank of fuel and will be pictured prior to hand over. It is expected to be returned with the equivalent amount of fuel.
We understand that on occasion you may be running late for your flight and not have time to re-fuel, in this event you will be charged for refuelling back to the correct level. The amount for this will be billed within 10€ amounts.
In the event you use the wrong fuel when refuelling the vehicle, you must notify us immediately. Using the wrong fuel will incur a minimum charge of 300€.
Vehicle Delivery/Collection Policy
We provide and delivery & collection service for our customers. We provide this service free of charge within 50 kilometers of our Murcia depot. All deliveries/collections further than 50 kilometers will incur a fee of 1€ per additional kilometer plus 10€ additional fuel costs.
